A Plus Comfort is the company you call when you want excellent customer service and to be treated fairly and honestly. I don't know much about HVAC systems, but I do know every time I had a problem that Mr. Gipson quickly and effectively provided a solution. For example, when my over-zealous, squirrel-chasing dogs went nuts and ended up ripping out the electrical wires to my outside unit-thingy, Mr. Gipson not only replaced the wires but engineered a solution to prevent it from recurring. He also replaced the foam insulation on the copper pipe leading into the house--at no charge to me--just because it needed to be done. When my friend needed his entire system replaced, A Plus Comfort came to the rescue. They are not some fly-by-night company. Mr. Gipson is a GaTech-educated engineer who trains others in HVAC, so you know he and his team are very knowledgeable. A Plus Comfort Heating and Air | Electrical is an honorable company that you can trust to advise you on the best solution for your situation.
